How we develop.

Our development approach combines clinical observation, published evidence, formulation expertise and product-specific evaluation. Claims are communicated only where the supporting evidence permits.

  1. 01

    Questions before answers

Begin with the questions practitioners and people raise in everyday care. Define what needs to be understood before deciding what to develop.

  2. 02

    Published evidence

Review the available published literature and its limits. A promising idea is a starting point for enquiry, not a ready-made claim for a finished product.

  3. 03

    Formulation expertise

Bring those questions to formulation specialists. Consider the intended product, its format and the evaluation it needs, rather than assuming one approach suits everything.

  4. 04

    Product-specific evaluation

Evaluate the individual product and the evidence that belongs to it. Communicate only what that evidence permits, within the rules of the relevant market.

What we will not say

We communicate a claim only when the evidence for that specific product supports it, and only where the rules of the market permit.
